ConRAC Garage

The Consolidated Rental Car Garage (ConRAC) element represents the single largest piece of the Terminal Area Improvement Program.  This new state-of-the art facility consists of a seven story precast garage structure and an adjacent four story precast quick turn around facility with related fueling, car wash and light maintenance equipment.  Access to the main garage structure is provided by means of two seven story cast-in-place concrete spiral helix ramps.   To provide convenient short term parking for travelers, the first floor is dedicated to public parking and includes a parking control systems.  Also located on the first floor is the Customer Service Building for the on-airport rental car pick-up and return.   This portion of the facility has standard finishes including polished concrete, carpet, custom millwork, automatic glass entrance doors, metal ceiling systems, interior partitions, customer restrooms and two banks of elevators that service the ready / return levels of the facility. Floors two through seven have customer restrooms and designated areas for rental company service kiosks.
